In realizing the vision of becoming an independent and innovative health and natural sciences-based faculty, FIKKIA UNAIR has six supporting units. Each unit is an important part of the organization that supports the sustainable, measurable and accountable management of the tridharma of higher education.
Research, Community Service and Publication Unit
The Scientific Publication, Research and Community Service Unit (UPIPM) carries out the task of managing research publications at FIKKIA. UPIPM management is closely related to the recapitulation of publication achievements in national journals, international journals, acquisition of Intellectual Property Rights, and progress in research and community service. In facilitating the recapitulation, UPIPM is assisted by one coordinator for each study program, and one administrative manager. Recapitulation reporting will be provided to the Quality Assurance Unit (SPM) on a quarterly basis.
UPIPM coordinates directly with LPPM and LIPJPHKI in managing publications, research and community service.
Public Communication and Information Unit
The Public Communication and Information Unit carries out public information dissemination. UKIP works to manage public relations information through websites, YouTube and social media for FIKKIA UNAIR promotion and branding purposes.
UKIP coordinates directly with DSID and PKIP UNAIR in managing standardization and development of website content.
Information Systems and Library Unit
The Information and Library Systems Unit carries out the development, management and services of information and communication technology; management of information systems and internet networks; development of access to print and digital information sources within the FIKKIA environment.
USIP coordinates directly with DSID and UNAIR Library in developing information systems, internet networks and subscription journal access.
National and International Partnership Unit
The national partnership and internationalization unit carries out the task of developing FIKKIA collaboration with institutions both domestically and abroad as an effort to improve the quality of education, quality and quantity of research and community service activities, as well as increasing FIKKIA's reputation in the international arena.
Alumni and Stakeholder Association Unit
The Alumni Association Unit is tasked with developing services for alumni, fostering communication between FIKKIA UNAIR, alumni and the community.
The Alumni Association Unit coordinates directly with IKA UNAIR in updating alumni data.
Academic Business Unit
The Academic Business Unit is tasked with developing entrepreneurial potential to support the acquisition of FIKKIA UNAIR funding sources. Sustainable financial management prioritizes the principles of good corporate governance.
Academic business units have a strategic role in the development and application of knowledge, as well as having a major impact on services to society.
Integrated Laboratory Unit
The Laboratory Unit is tasked with managing laboratory management. Prepare work programs and laboratory budget plans each year. Coordinating and monitoring laboratory use with three study programs at FIKKIA UNAIR
The Laboratory Unit coordinates directly with the facilities and infrastructure section and the research coordinator in carrying out laboratory development and management.
Research Ethics Committee Unit
Carrying out ethical reviews, research in the health and medical fields. Research using human subjects for the rights, safety and welfare of the humans involved in the research. This includes those using animal research subjects.
