As the youngest faculty at Airlangga University, the Faculty of Health, Medicine, and Natural Sciences (FIKKIA) is proud of the trust placed in it. Airlangga University has provided FIKKIA with the space to develop and expand its educational reach beyond its main campus. This respect is reflected in FIKKIA's active contributions to society and education, particularly in the fields of nature and health, adhering to the principles and goals of Airlangga University, namely: Excellence with Morality, SMART, and GREAT.
FIKKIA UNAIR, in the academic, student, and alumni fields, is always committed to improving the quality of education. This is proven by the achievement of superior accreditation for four FIKKIA study programs: Aquaculture, Public Health, Veterinary Medicine, and Veterinary Professional Education. Meanwhile, the medical study program and the Medical Professional Education program also complement and improve FIKKIA's academic quality. FIKKIA UNAIR continues to support all positive activities related to student development, both in the curricular and extracurricular fields. Expanding the network of FIKKIA alumni spread across various professional lines such as government, academia, and the entrepreneurial world.
In terms of resources, facilities, and infrastructure, FIKKIA UNAIR consistently strives to provide superior and competent human resources, which are essential for lecturers and educational staff. Likewise, FIKKIA continues to strive to complement and enhance its facilities and infrastructure to support the implementation of academic and non-academic activities.
In the fields of research, innovation, and development, the entire FIKKIA UNAIR community always strives to utilize their energy and minds in conducting and developing research and publishing it. In addition to quantity, FIKKIA UNAIR also considers the quality of published aspects, as can be seen from FIKKIA journals that have been indexed by Scopus and SINTA. The works written by the entire FIKKIA community are included in intellectual property linked to the registration of Intellectual Property Rights.
