FIKKIA Strategic Plan
The journey of UNAIR's educational process in Banyuwangi has shown significant development. In 2022, the Off-Campus Study Program (PSDKU) UNAIR Banyuwangi transformed into the School of Health and Natural Sciences, Universitas Airlangga (SIKIA) UNAIR. In 2023, SIKIA changed its name to FIKKIA based on the decision of the Board of Trustees of Universitas Airlangga Number 6/UN3.MWA/K/2023 concerning the approval of the name change from the School of Health and Natural Sciences, Universitas Airlangga to the Faculty of Health, Medicine and Natural Sciences Banyuwangi (FIKKIA)
FIKKIA is a change in the form of the School of Health and Natural Sciences (SIKIA) UNAIR Banyuwangi. The FIKKIA UNAIR 2023-2026 Strategic Plan is a continuation of the SIKIA UNAIR 2022-2026 Strategic Plan. This strategic plan provides a complete picture of FIKKIA UNAIR's performance targets during 2023-2026 in supporting the achievement of the SMART University Program which accommodates all aspects, including input aspects (students), academic processes (learning, research, and community service), output (graduates), supporting facilities and infrastructure (libraries, health services, etc.), as well as other aspects that directly or indirectly affect the smooth running of the academic process to be used as the main reference in improving performance and improving performance achievements in the following years.
